UR-CST Campus Renovation and Rehabilitation Project
The A.E.C Ltd was contracted by Ministry of Defence-Engineering Brigade for a comprehensive renovation and rehabilitation project of the Kitchen, building, and campus road at the University of Rwanda's College of Sciences and Technology. The project was initiated on September 29th, 2018 and has been completed on October 29th, 2018.

Helicopter landing pad Construction Project
We were contracted to construct a new helicopter landing pad (helipad) in the Nyamasheke district. The project began on June 21st, 2017, and was completed on September 25th, 2017. The new helipad provides a safe and convenient landing location for helicopters, allowing for improved emergency response and transportation in the region.

Road Emergency Works and Drainage Channel Construction Project
We executed emergency works for the access road between Jenda-Karuhirwa-Busoro Village in Nyabihu District, spanning a distance of 16km. In addition, they also constructed a new drainage channel at Jenda Center. The project started on January 5th, 2019, and was completed on October 29th, 2019. The new access road and drainage channel improve transportation and mitigate the risk of flooding in the area.

Unpaved Connecting Road Rehabilitation Project
A.E.C Ltd was contracted to rehabilitate the unpaved road connecting Gasarenda, Mushubi, and Gisovu in Nyamagabe District. The road spans a distance of 47.8km. The project started on June 1st, 2020, and was completed on October 15th, 2020. The rehabilitation works included repairs to the road surface, as well as drainage improvements, resulting in safer and more reliable transportation for local communities.

Upcountry Health Center
Construction Supervision Project
The Global Fund and MINISANTE contracted us for the supervision of the construction of 15 health centers in upcountry regions of Rwanda. The project took place from October 2012 to November 2013, with the supervision ensuring that construction was executed as per design, within budget, and on schedule. The new health centers provide improved access to medical care and support for local communities in rural areas.

Emergency Hospital Building Construction Supervision Project
The Global Fund and MINISANTE contracted us for the supervision of the construction of emergency buildings for five hospitals in the Eastern Region of Rwanda. The project took place from November 2012 to May 2013, with the supervision ensuring that construction was executed as per design, within budget, and on schedule. The new emergency buildings provide improved medical infrastructure and support for local communities in the region.

Rwondo Bridge Construction Supervision Project
RTDA contracted us for the supervision of the construction of a bridge in Rwondo, Nyamagabe, in the Southern Province of Rwanda. The project took place from May 2014 to September 2014, with the supervision ensuring that the bridge was constructed as per design, within budget, and on schedule. The new bridge provides improved transportation infrastructure and connectivity for local communities in the region.

The Petroleum Station Construction project in Kicukiro District
The project involved the construction of a facility for storing and distributing petroleum products, including gasoline and diesel fuel. The construction process involved various stages, including site preparation, foundation and structure construction, installation of tanks and pumps, and finishing work. Now, the petroleum station is providing a vital resource for the local community.

Ntsinda Training School Study Project
The Rwanda Correction Services (RCS) contracted A.E.C LTD for the study of the training school located in Ntsinda, Rwamagana district. The project took place from January 2015 to March 2015, with the study providing an assessment of the training school's infrastructure, facilities, and operations. The study aimed to identify opportunities for improvement and recommendations for the RCS to enhance its training programs and services.

The Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA) contracted for the supervision of the construction of an unpaved road in Bugesera district, located in the Eastern Province of Rwanda. The project took place from February 2015 to September 2015, with the supervision ensuring that construction was executed as per design, within budget, and on schedule. The new road provides improved transportation infrastructure and connectivity for local communities in the region.
